I’m not sure I follow.

The center link is still connected to the idler arm. I need the pitman arm to go up out of the center link.

Or, are you saying to fit the pitman arm back onto the gear box and then put a jack stand under the pitman arm and hammer on the center link? I don’t think I’ll be able to go this route because the frame will be in the way.

Can you get a bigger/longer puller from a friend or rent it? Sounds like that is all you need, mounted back on the pitarm arm or not.

Worse case disconnect tie rod ends at steering knuckle and disconnect idler arm from relay rod(centerlink) and then you can beat the pitman arm to submission.
