Something that's a combination chrome and colormatched would look sick ... but for custom 3 piece forged rims you're looking at about $5k just for the wheels.

Oooooor- you could buy some chrome wheels and add white vinyl, that's what I did. It'll save you a couple grand.. the vinyl can be done at a graphics design shop (sell vinyl banners and signs) the total cost for all my vinyl work cost a grand total of $90..
