Took me about 2 days going slow. You need a good set of hog ring plyers and take pictures as you pull it apart to help you remember how to put it back on. I also followed the video that is on “theseatshop” website. They do a GMT400 so it’s easy to follow.

this was the very first time I’ve done a seat ever, so you can see it wasn’t too hard
