for the second sub amp? there's probably a line in/line out on your amp, where you can run the signal out of your first amp into the second one. i don't know if it helps keep the signal strength or not, but if so, it's better than running a splitter at the back to go to the 2 amps.

Well guys Ive been trying to save up some money but its been hard, in the next couple weeks I plan on buying an alternator. I'm going with an Iraggi 220-260 amp. Thats the next thing on my list

1. Alternator
2. Kinetic Batteries, one for system, one for under the hood
3. Kicker QS components, and coaxils, with a hifonics 4 channel
4. This ones long down the road, 2nd BTL with new box and another amp, and maybe another set of components up front.

Just thought I'd give some kind of update..

PS: I dont want to sound like a complete noob, but how do you hook up 2 runs of RCAs to the back of the HU?

Where are you gonna buy your iraggi alt from? If the price is right I'd like to get one too, but might just get it respun locally.

Iraggi is actually really close to where I live, hes less than 15 minutes away(La Vergne, TN). He gave me these prices:220 amp $359, 240 amp $379, 260 amp $399, and I forgot how much for the 300 amp. I was thinkin 220 amp, but then its like its only $40 for the 260. So thats what my next purchase will be. I am going to finally sell my xbox 360 w/ a few games, so I'll get at least $250 for that. edtThen I got the rest saved up.

edit: im thinking 2 kinetik 1400s for the batteries, I think I'll be able to get em for $300-350 shipped

Whew! That's way more than I wanted to spend. I'll just go get mine respun and have him add 50 amps or so for cheap.

Well in my town we have two shops that specialize in starters and alternators. One is called Mikes and the other is Chapmans. I'm sure you have atleast 1 place near you just like it.
