Broken manifold bolts are common, along with blend doors.
Yeah, 2 broken each side. Only leaking on driver's side though. Still need to get the rear trim out and check all blend doors and actuators before I replace anything there. No clue how to tackle the Autoride issue

Dorman sells exhaust clamps if you don't want to drill and tap the broken bolts.

How would that work for broken exhaust manifold bolts? The bolts came out pretty easily, I'm fairly certain I can remove the broken ones with a set of vice grips and some PB Blaster. Maybe some loosely thrown swear words thrown in for good measure.

Well then. That would have been handy to know prior to ordering this. Could've tested to ensure that was causing the misfires. Oh well, needed to fix it anyway.

Used those clamps on both sides of my Express van. Works good.

What’s wrong with auto ride? Are you getting a code? The most common issue is a leak in the shock bladders or lines, or a bad compressor. Lots of help here for that.

I haven't begun to look. I prioritized the p0300 problem. I know it is throwing codes, but I don't remember which one. Should have more info this weekend.

Welcome from Oregon. We need pics, and have a look at those rear shocks and see if your compressor is running all the time or not at all. It should run for 30 seconds or so when you start the truck, then shut off after lifting the rear slightly.
