So two DC guys with Tricoated White Diamonds ... well played sir. :)

Say, what size tires you have on those 24s?

Thanks Serge...I'm actually up in Maryland, but met him near DC. I've stalked all your old threads when I thought I might get a Denali instead.

The tires are 305/35R24....you thinking of changing up, again? :)

new TCM? What year is your esky?

2007 NNBS

I think 07+ have the TCM and ECM. As opposed to the 06- which have a PCM.

Correct

Ryan... what year is your Viper? I got bit by the snake. Was thinking of an 06' Convertible, but I HAVE to have that blue!

You never know. :)

But I wanted to make sure there's no rub, especially on the front of the power assist steps, with a tire that size.

It's a 2006. GTS Blue was offered starting in 06 on the coupes and Verts. Send me a PM with any questions you have about models/costs/ownership etc....there are some compromises you have to deal with in a Viper, but the ownership experience is absolutely amazing - while I'm a diehard GM guy and had 2 Vette's , I just can't see myself back in a Vette while the Vipers are around!

Nope, they seem to be fine. If you get closer to sitting directly on the fence, we'll get hooked up for a ride. I promise they ride smoother than you might think they do:Handshake:

Ah I see I thought he meant they changed it half way through the NNBS years like an 09+ or somethin... kinda like how they changed the MAF sensor location for CAI's in 09.

Mine rubbed at full lock with the 305/35/24 on my old 08 Tahoe Serge... might be different offsets though as I'm not sure what OP's offset is.

Yeah mine did too on the HyHoe with 295/35/24s.

But I'm no worried about the liner, I'm worried about the power assist steps ... that's why I wanted to make sure from someone who has those on their truck and that size tire. I believe the Marcellino 24s also have the standard 30 offset. :Handshake:

Nice I am up in Maryland as well, what part? You have to come out to cars and coffee in Hunt Valley on sats. I am usually there with my buddy and his 08 Lime green Viper and another buddy with Supercharged SRT8 charger and another friend with his SRT8 Jeep.

I live in Odenton. I usually hit up Katie's out in NoVa or Maple Lawn instead of Saturday mornings. I've been meaning to make it out there, just haven't yet. I met your buddy with the green Paxton'd Viper....did he get it running right? I know he was having issues a few months ago

Haha, Actually he is another guy we have seen at Cars and Coffee and talked to him and also I think he is selling it as well. But I think that is a older style not a 08 since 08 was the first year they did the Lime green. My buddy actually has a coupe with grey strips.
