Hey y'all! Paying off debt so we sold the Honda Odyssey that was holding a monthly payment, and paid $1500 for a 95 4x4 Tahoe!
Reminds me of my old 95, step side Z-71. Solid truck, easy to work on, should look good with a modest lift and best of all, NO PAYMENT!
Thoughts, tips or stuff to look out for??? I'm open to hearing from your experiences with this awesome Chevrolet icon.
I do also own an 89 chevy 3500 with a 4 bolt 350 that serves as our bucket lift truck, and a 06 GMC crew cab flat bed, so I love GM trucks.
First question is what to look out for when I install the 2" body lift this week. Instructions say that the transmission shift cable can be a pain. What else?
I'll be doing the bumper lifts for a temporary set up, but soon will be custom welding replacement bumpers front and rear, at the new height.
