New Update, that I did not ask for, has fried my info system & sound on my 2022 Chevy 4x4!! My blinker will not even make a sound! Screen only says "Update Failed, Return to Dealer"!! I know many others are experiencing same problem and dealers are charging thousands of $$$$ to fix it! I can't afford anything like that! Most people can't! Any ideas?

Well I think the first course of action would be to take it back to the dealer and see what they say. At least then you know what you’re looking at. Regardless, obviously make clear that you don’t intend to pay for the diagnosis and repair and put pressure on them to fix it timely. Is the truck not under warranty?

Wait -- You drove the truck home from the dealership without noticing that nothing worked after the update? Or things worked fine for a while, but then crapped out?

This doesn't add up.

If you didn't ask the dealership to do this update, and by doing it it actually damaged something in your truck, then why would you think that the dealership would make you pay for damage they caused?!

If it's a 2022, it's still under warranty. If it was caused by an update, GM will repair it at no charge. GM doesn't do OTA updates anymore, as was mentioned in another post, why did you drive away from the dealership with it like that.
