Change the oil when you should
Grease the steering components every time you change the oil
Use good oil filters (Wix, Napa gold, Bosch)
Change the air filter once a year
Balance and rotate the tires every 6K miles
Drop transmission pan, change the filter, and refill the pan every 50k miles
Do a coolant flush every 50k miles
Watch for drips in the garage/driveway/parking spot
Drive the shit out of it
This is what I've done for 130,000 miles over the course of 9 years. These are great trucks.
