Looks like some type of hold down in the second battery tray, maybe a heated windshield washer fluid reservoir... it aalso appears you have some type of hook up for the second battery... im going to try to do some investigative google searching....

Richard, I'd like to lift/level it a couple of inches and put on
some stock Chev rims. Lol - I'm thinking 18" to 20", so nothing too wild ! Maybe a bit of chrome here
and there. That's about it.........

Thanks. Seller said it came from a Silverado. Not quite as fitting
as an original console, but it's growing on me.........
