I was wondering if anyone can tell me a what mileage point do you start seeing major repairs on the NNBS Tahoes/Yukons? Is anyone out there over 100K already and still running strong?

I just bought my truck at 94k but I have a 101k on it now so I cant really tell you too much. It runs great, uses a little oil and the dash is cracked of course. I got the dealership to pull up the warranty history and this thing has had a TON of warranty work done on it but didn't look like anything major.

Mine has 136k on it an I just saw my first "major" repair at 135k when a lifter went bad. Prior to that just regular maintenance items.

I just bought an '07 from a State Police agency. Had 135K on it, and came with the complete maintenance history. Nothing except *** and brakes. The only thing it needs at present is front pads, and I bought a new set of Delco rotors as well as Bendix ceramic pads.

08 Yukon Denail 199,700 as of today!!
The rear view camera has quit a few times probably the battery or loose connection.
Use NAPA synthectic oil with NAPA Platinum filter changed every 7500 miles roughly every 2 months.
Have not changed transmission fluid shifts like new.
Before winter it will go in for tires, front brakes & rotors, plugs and wires, wires are showing some cracking.
Usualy trade around 250K. last unit traded at 272K but did have transmission rebuilt @ 240.
Want to run this until the new body style comes out, should make it OK

I have a 160,000 miles and with the exception of wear and tear items ( tires, shocks, brakes, etc) the only issues I have had are the rear window defroster and had to replace the throttle body. besides that runs like a champ. oh it's an 07 and I have owned since 11,000.

You are asking a question which is impossible to answer! I know people with trucks with less then 50K and they are in the dealer every other week with issues. BUT on the other hand when I was car shopping I came across several really high mileage trucks which ran and rode like new! Go figure....

I'm a newb to the Tahoe Forum, I'm looking at buying a 2007 Z71 Tahoe with 108,000. What should I look for before buying to make sure that it's in good condiction mechanically? Any major issues I should be worried about right away? I'm familiar with the NNBS's I have a 2013 Sierra as well.
