NNBS Seat Back Video won't stay in position

Help....

2010 Yukon Denali...I added the GM factory seat back headrest DVDs...one of them is "sprung" in that when I unlatch it to adjust the viewing angle, it falls all the way down to the lowest position.

Is this repairable?

I thing that you might need to spread the metal arms while in the holes that might make them stick ?
