If I get these for a 2010 LT will it just be plug and play? Are all those extra options going to work? Or would I have to do some splicing and etc in order for everything to work ? Thanks

If yours doesn't currently have the options you would have to do some modding but I'm sure there are write ups out there for such a mod. Can't be too hard

No. Its plug and play minus power fold.

The master switch panel (on the interior door where the lock/unlock buttons are) that the wiring harness (of the mirror) connects to is directly plug and play for the LED turn signal. The other options require other buttons that are on different types of the master switch panel. (For example, my LTZ came with loaded mirror -> upgraded to loaded nnbs Escalade mirror = Plug and play. While Mr. Tahoe LS with no options mirror -> upgraded to a loaded mirror = ONLY LED Turn Signal will work). The auto fold has one button each on the master switch panel for auto fold mirrors, so if you don't have the buttons, how would ya fold em in? At least so far that's all the info i've gathered from these mirrors LOL. The workaround would be to get new switch panels to get the mirrors to fully work in a vehicle that didn't come stock with it.
