I have zero cold air coming out of the vents in my 99 Yukon. Clutch in compressor is not turning. Charged the AC last summer, so I would think it would be fine.

Well this is the first time I've used it since last summer. So there's no telling

Probably leaked out. Put some freon on and see if it blows cold. Maybe the seals dried up causing leak

And also the air doesn't blow very hard at all. Even on Max. What can I look at for this?

Update:

Have some pressure. But not getting power to the compressor. Anyone have a wiring diagram of the AC system?

Have you tested the pressure?

There is a pressure switch on the drier tank. If there isn't enough pressure, it won't let the compressor kick on. You can unplug it and put a jumper in to see if the compressor kicks on I believe, but I wouldn't recommend running it any longer than just to test it. If it is low on refrigerant/oil, you could toast your compressor.

If that's the case, your best bet is to recharge it with some dye so you can find your leak.

actually that is the cycling switch. the low pressure cut off is mount in manifold block on top of compressor.
