no rear bumper

this is probably been asked before but ive seen tahoes with out the rear bumper were it just had a piece that matches the body to fillin
is this a kit or something how do you accomplish this are the rear bumpers welded to the frame

What you're looking for is called a "roll pan". I don't know for sure, but it doesn't seem likely the bumper is welded on.

yes it is called a roll pan and there are many different style some have features to keep a hitch hidden behind the license plate..some are fiberglass and some are metal..and no the rear bumper is not welded on it is bolted on

Welded to the FRAME....not likely. They do make some that you can weld to the body though.
