Jesus, add antifreeze! lol I am losing antifreeze from somewhere, the motor only has 1500 miles on it, I thought my low coolant sensor was bad, it never overheated, I added a gallon of antifreeze and it's still a little low. I checked all fluids and nothing it leaking.

That fixed the rear heat? I recently filled the coolant.

I haven't fixed it yet... still researching the crap out of it. I'm still a little vague on the part number to order. My part number is: 21997590. However it looks like I might be able to replace it with AC Delco prt # 15-73506. Here it is on Amazon:

According to Amazon, it fits an '05 Tahoe (which is what I have btw). $59 bucks is hard to beat, and their return policy is pretty good. I'll probably give it a whirl. I'll let you know if it works.

You guys that were low on coolant, did you pressure test the system and look for leak. If system is full then can be the actuator but I have heard of taking them apart and cleaning and then working again.
