So good news... that fixed it! If you've already determined that it's not coolant-related (which, I'd venture a guess that you don't... because you'd have engine overheating issues and no interior heat at all), then this is probably what you need:

Though I really found some different part numbers out there. This was was listed at first with the old part number, though they send you the updated part.

Yeah that's what I ran into too. The original part in mine was 21997590 (mine is an '05 Tahoe LT Auturide). The AC Delco replacement part # that was printed on the sticker was 15832319 (ordered from that amazon link above).

Not sure what the difference is. But it's working for me now, and the wife's happy. So I'm happy.
