No yellow top for 2010 Denali?

I'm not sure the exact dimensions on the optima you have but the battery tray tabs can be bent easily to accommodate a different size battery. I was able to open up the tabs to fit a group 65 battery.

It must be an oversight, as the Optima Yellow34/78 is the same dimensions as the red34r red top. The only issue I see is CA and CCA for the yellow top is lower than the red top, but they offer other batteries for the 2010 with even lower output. I'd say you're good.

I personally have no issues with the Optima. Everyone bisches because they're now assembled in Mexico, but so far, we have Optimas in all but 3 of our 12 cars, which includes two of them in our diesel GMC. The only one that's failed in a long time is the one in the race car, which was a yellow top that was 4 years old.

The other one of those 3 w/o the Optima has an Odyssey mini battery in it.
