Sorry for the delayed post. Thank you all for your replies.
I found a bad wheel hub assembly along with the bad CV boot. I also found a bad tie rod end boot, but I think the tie rod was still ok.
I replaced the CV boot, the wheel hub assembly, and the tie rod end. I just decided to do all of it while I had it apart. The CV joint seemed fine. I think the boot tear was fairly new because I had just changed the oil not long ago, and I didn't see it then. We also haven't had any rain in forever, so it didn't have any mud in it or anything.
The top ball joints/ control arms are new and still in good shape, and I couldn't get any movement on the lower.
I also had a friend of mine that is a Master Mechanic help me, and he believes that the tire wear is mostly because the tires are old and are showing some signs of dry rotting. Looks like new tires in the very near future along with an alignment since I changed the tie rod end.
