I keep forgetting so much- PNWVietvet likes to check the wires inside the dist for rub thru. Been a few occurances of that.
A failing crank sensor is possible, as is a cam sensor. Very Rare without a code.
And last one I have for now. Check ground wire to firewall stud.
Ok, so I got a different fuel gauge and am reading 62 psi on the fuel gauge when the key is first turned on. The truck won't start. if I pour gas into the throttle body it will start and run for 2 0r 3 seconds.. Are there any other checks I can make at this point to find the cause of the problem?
Multiple times I have said I have spark at all eight plugs.If it runs on starter fluid then it has spark and no fuel. The pressure reading is hard to reconcile.
Did you check for spark on all eight?
Is the ‘Security’ light flashing?
