No anti theft light is your likely problem. RTFM

Security light should come on and then go off after five seconds or so.

If it does that, best guess would be to see if you have power to each injector at the injector harness on the intake (ignition on, each of the pink wires)

…and then a noid light to see if the VCM is grounding each injector when cranking.

If you have a scanner, see what the engine rpm is while cranking (from the CKP sensor). You’ll need a couple hundred or the VCM will not activate the injectors.

Found problem. Went to check the voltage at the plug at injectors and that plug had double gaskets on it. That caused it not to be plugged in all the way. Now for the a/c.
