Most of you probably already knew this, but I had to let those who didn't know.
My names Cory and I'm from Indy. Back in 08 we bought a 02 Tahoe out of Ohio. I ordered the DJM 3/5 drop 1st thing (actually before I went and picked it up.) I installed it and loved the stance. The ride, not so much. It sucked. Now, this wasn't our 1st lowered vehicle, we've had lots. And it was no where near as low as some of our other stuff.
So after 2 years of dealing, and a trip to Myrtle Beach without our 20' trailer, I had enough. I had decided to contact Kevin Erisman @ www.hackersparadise.biz to have him install a full Air Ride set up. Now he's a busy man and in the process of his return call I did some Google searching on my own. And thats when I came across this site. And NorcalSS said his springs rode great.
I contacted him on Labor Day after reading his "24/7 means 24/7" thinking he'd get back with me sometime that week. An hour later he gets back with me telling me the difference in the springs I have and the ones he sells, and included a pic to show the differences as well.
I was reluctant, and skeptical, but pulled the trigger. I received them two or so weeks ago and put them in right away.
WOW!! What an improvment! Its like a different truck now. My wife has complimented on it, my kids, my brother, and most importantly my in-laws (LOL).
If any of you are contimplating doing this drop. Do yourself a favor and grab it from Tony @ www.tbssowners.com. I cannot tell you how pleased I am.
If I can I'll post some pics of all our crap. If it wont let me maybe NorcalSS will as I sent him the pics too
