OBDII codes p0120 p0220 p1516 no start condition 2003 z71

I have an '03 5.3 gas z71 4wd with 180k mi. Three codes popped up and I tried to start it until I had to replace the battery with a brand new one. I did not get the engine in safe mode warning but the CEL prompted so I plugged my code reader. These 3 codes have never popped up on my vehicle, and they came together before cranking the other battery dead. I cleaned the one ground that attaches to the firewall. It has contact. Where should I begin before snow starts falling again in the grocery store parking lot. Any ideas??
