Just started a new job, so no time for another two weeks till I get on compressed shift. I'm still kicking around the jet hot idea at more than the cost of the actual headers. JH worked great on my vette headers so ill probably just send them out next week. I'll let you guys know when I get ready to install.

I ordered the eBay OBX LongTube Headers with Y-Pipe today for my NBS Denali. Should be in sometime mid next week. I'll try and find time to have them installed over that weekend.

Plus I need to do some wideband O2 monitoring runs before I install them so I can see if there is a difference in AFR and LTFT's after the install.

I literally just walked in from getting my Corsa Sport Exhaust installed as well as the OBX "eBay Headers" and I couldn't be more happy.

The header fitment is top notch with 2 exceptions:
1. The oil level check tube needs to be bent out of the way of the passenger's side header. This will cause your dip stick to not fit, so you will need to order a new tube that is made for GM trucks that have aftermarket headers installed. No big deal. Something like this:
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/l...ake/gmc/model/yukon/submodel/denali/year/2002

2. The rear 2 spark plug wires touch the header on the driver's side, so you will need to get longer cables so that you can go around the piping. Again, no big deal.

Other than that, it is flawless. The sound is super raw! There IS drone, and this exhaust is a lot louder than I expected. Under WOT it's like a NASCAR. During the initial start on a cold start-up it sounds like you're awakening a beast! I will definitely be swapping off my Sport muffler for the Touring Muffler. I do not recommend running Long Tubes with the Corsa Sport Exhaust; it's just too loud for daily driving.

I definitely need to get my cam put in now and get a tune.

Here is a picture of the OBX Headers with catless Y-pipe. I will be making a thread soon along with videos; It's finals week so I do not have time for all that at this point.

I'm going to call Corsa tomorrow to see if they can hook me up with just the muffler. From the research I've done they sometimes let them go for ~$300-$400. I'll let you know.

Yeah I have seen people on here buy them before too. You might check with SUPERCHARGEDSS, he had a brand new touring muffler for sale a while back. For $300 I think.

Found it! I commented in the thread. Hopefully he still has it.

Will it fit on my NBS truck? I didn't know the NBS and NNBS use the same mufflers.

I want to put my headers on, but I have a brand new full exhaust and my truck runs freakin awesome. I'm gonna hate to have the same shop hack up their nice work and redo for these headers. :893Chainsaw-Smilie-
