Ok, got em back from the ceramic coater two weeks ago.

Today I decided to install them.

Passenger side went on no problem just like any other header. Whoever the f¥<k built the driver side should be shot in the head with my .45!!!

First off, the collector points towards the outside of the truck. Second and more important the O2 bung points right at the front drive shaft making it unusable. :Frustrated:
Then you can't get a socket on plugs 1 and 5 :gunner:
Worst thing is that there is PLENTY of space all around to make them the right way.
Nothing worse than bad engineering.

That said, they are on.

Took it around the block, open headers just to make sure everything was ok. WOT sounded like a top fuel dragster :devilfinger:

Tomorrow a trip to the exhaust shop for the finish.

Well I bought a tv this week so I will have to wait 9 more days till mine I install mine at home but will try to video clip some open header runs before the shop finishing my install. i could put them on now but with 9 days of freeway driving I am bound to get busted with them not finished. Really tempted tho.
