Just a quick update.
Getting a no-start condition once in a while where I will just hear a click (not sure if its related to the initial post or something completely new).
Once I cycle the key a few times the vehicle will turn over fine. I'm beginning to think that this is a issue with the starter / starter solenoid itself going bad since the battery was just replaced.
Will replace the starter with an OEM AC-Delco and report back in a few days.
