The headlight housings will fit direct swap. The running lights will not fit unless you do the entire front Denali clip- grille, denali bumper cover and brace, and the fogs.

So the headlights are direct swaps? because I've got bad tabs on my drivers side headlight in non Denali Yukon, and want the Yukon style headlights if possible.

correct.. they are a direct swap. no bracket modification needed
