OEM fog light switch for 96 yukon

I'm looking for the factory fog light switch and bezel for a 1996 yukon.
It'd be ideal for the vertical one but my yukon came equipped with manual transfer case so the the horizontal one would also work but will also need a bezel for that as well
And if possible a pigtail.

I realize this is an old post but I just listed a complete set of foglights, switch, mounting plate fog light mounting buckets and both harnesses in the classified. Everything needed to add the foglight option to your ride.
