Sorry! 4 on the roof rack and then 2 in the grille. Do they put out more of a spot or flood type light?

So, for now I think the plan is to buy 4 of the Blazer 6" and then 2 of the blazer rectangles for back-ups.
If I'm wanting to add the behind the grille lights later, will it be remotely easy to patch them in?
I'd honestly like to run the set-up with 3 separate switches.
One for grille lights, one for roof rack front lights, and one for roof rack back-ups. Sound reasonable?
Sounds very reasonable. Run a relay for each of those. Make sure to run heavy gauge power wire and sufficiently sized fuses, your talking about 400w of draw for the roof lights alone.
Oh and the wiring from the switch to the relay does not need to be heavy gauge as it is simply to trigger the relay and does not carry the load of the lights, which is the whole point of a relay of course. Not sure if your aware...
Keep in mind You'll likely need more wiring than you think if you want it to be tucked away nicely.
Adding grille lights later wont be a problem.
They are more of a spot light. Certainly not super focused pencil thin type beam, but they have plenty of throw. With the 4 on your roof you may like to have the two outermost lights turned outward a bit.
For the reverse lights you could tap into your factory backup lights and use that to trigger a relay if you would like them to come on automatically when you back up.
