I feel like John Wayne sitting on thoroughbred now. I like the ride height better and I don't feel it changed the performance or handling for the worse, if at all. And, with the Banks Pedal Monster I do tend to whip the thing around like a Miata on rails.

I've used Nitto Ridge Grapplers, and I believe they make them in 285/50R22, along with the Recon Grappler.

I've used the Ridge Grapplers on my old truck and I loved them. They're pricey for 22s, but they're quiet for a more aggressive tire, and they balance amazing.

Never used the Recon Grappler, but I've looked into them and they seem to be liked by everyone. They're new so not much reviews, but I'd trust it's a good tire.

You could push the envelope a little further and go with 24's... Similar in height with the stock wheels if you get a size 33" tire, plus it turns a lot of heads. 4Play Size 14 (2).jpg

I have the Nitto Recon Grapplers on a 2023 Yukon. 285/55r22. They look awesome and there's no road noise. Also, I went from wheel size 18 to 22 and it's a tiny bit stiffer but I like it. 2" level needed. No trimming.
Do you have a pic for us? I’m riding a 21 Yukon Denali. Looking at Nitto as well for my stock 22’s.
