KO2s are coming off this week after 50K miles. Fantastic tire, never got stuck, tire did everything asked of it and then some. Them tires allowed us to make lots of memories with the kids. Now they have their own vehicles to play off-road with and the Yukon is getting Michelin Defenders.

Last set of Coopers I had, could never get them balanced. Multiple shops. And since Goodyear got into political activism, I don’t buy their products. Cooper is a GY brand now.

I have never yet been disappointed in a BFG product. I like the KO, and run them on both my 4x4, but they’re not the best for mud. Doing that, I’d run a KM3, or something by Toyo or Bridgestone (Firestone brand is owned by Bridgestone). I’ve run KM3 up to 37” and they were quite good, but of course louder on the road than the KO.

I‘ve seen a lot of good feedback on the Milestar Patagonia. Haven’t researched them to see where they are manufactured or anything. I haven’t used them.

A couple of tire salesmen I trust have told me they steer customers who run large tires and are picky about smooth balancing and ride quality to Michelin/ BFG. My experience confirms that. YMMV.

If you want to dig through serious mud and road manners are not a priority there’s Interco.

They would have lasted longer had I set the pressure correctly early on in their life and there some life left in them now, 5/32nds tread depth but that bad ball joint wore the insides over time.

Same here, Walmart had the OE Goodyears for $122 each but am not going to patronize a bigoted company.

Our KO2s have been half way submerged to the hubs before in muck and mud and got out of trouble in 4LO!

I'm currently running General Grabbers. Pretty similar thread to ko2. They are great, I have no complaints except they chunked badly when spinning on rocks! They get me through a lot of black diamond trails. Just want something more aggressive .
