I live in PA and have a 01 yukon. I use to run castrol gtx high mileage 5w30 but about 10,000 miles ago I switched to castrol edge 5w30 high mileage full synthetic with a k&n oil filter and i love it. I got 323,000 miles on my vehicle and was kind of worried about switching to full synthetic but I'm glad I did, I'm averaging about 14.8mpg which I'm happy with.

Does anyone know the AC Delco longer version of the PF48E? I see the K&N 2011 may be a longer filter, any other brands that a longer version is known?
