I ran this one for a year or so before getting an oil cooler. I gave it to my buddy and he installed it as-is with the used O-ring. It's been doing fine on his for about a year now.
I highly recommend anything ICT billet makes. I’ve used a couple of their products including an EGR block off kit. It’s high quality stuff.
I would agree with Rocket Man on ICT billet products. However, I went a different route with this very similar product I bought on Amazon. Top quality and easy to install, it has been installed for over a year with around 10K miles - no leaks.
That’s a good price and free one day shipping for Prime customers. Looks like the same thing.

I haven't seen their plain block-off plate on Amazon in a while. Their plates with various ports are there. I wonder if there was a design infringement issue that Z Whip won.
It's only a few bucks more than the stock metal replacement gasket but should hold better/longer.

Question, If i pull the cooler lines and put the block off plate on, I can keep my radiator with out issue?
Yes, but why would you do that? If there are no leaks and it does cool the oil and there is no oil cooler problems, I would use the oil cooler ability.
Yes you can if you don’t want the oil cooler anymore or if you’re afraid it might start leaking internally in the radiator like a recent post I saw here. The internal oil and trans coolers are great until they leak inside the radiator and mix coolant and oil or trans fluid. I know coolant getting into a transmission will quickly do major damage, same with getting it into the engine oil. I replaced my trans with a new OEM one at 150k for this very reason. I was relieved when I cut open the old radiator afterward and the internal coolers still looked new. So why not just buy a new radiator instead of losing oil cooling capacity?
