+1 on the Wix 57045. The only place locally I can buy Wix filters is Napa. Their store-brand filters are made by Wix and they can cross reference the 57045 for you to the Napa brand.

The Wix Gold filter numbers at NAPA drop the leading "5." So a Wix 57045 is the same as NAPA 7045, which is Gold.

Swathdiver: I have my popcorn ready as well. How many post have we seen on this forum and the other truck forum referring to "best oil" and "best oil filter". The results are always the same , many different opinions and the original poster is more confused than before they posted. Use a good quality oil and filter.

My favorites are: Fram "Ultra" XG10575, or Fram "Titanium" FS10575 (sold only at AAP), or Fram "Endurance" FE10575 (sold only at Walmart).
The test method for oil filters is: ISO 4548-12.

I switched from wix xp to the fram "ultra" last year. I noticed slightly higher oil pressure on my avalanche (2008) and seemingly higher pressures on my Yukon (2019) after 6plus hours of driving. That could possibly just be in my head or something else changed but so far, I'm happy with them. I like the longer filter for the avalanche and the ability to stock a single filter for both. That being said, I never had issues with the xp, I just felt the fram was a slightly better filter from my research on the subject

I have been running the wix's wl10255. it's still 4.4in and has the higher bypass pressure 22psi gm has switched to so forces more oil thru the filter. basically the pf63 but longer.

I'd watch out for filters that show higher oil pressures. unless you know of a good reason, like it doesn't filter to the same micron or has a higher gpm flow rate because if it's got the same low 12psi bypass, it probably means it's just bypassing more. plus outside of high end performance applications, or you have a mechanical issues, the ls engines have way more oil pressure than your bearings will ever need.

if anyone needs a filter without a bypass, it's 57026. not what I'd use for a daily, unless you're doing a engine flush or something. I use them for first start up after a fresh build. unless you can build in a clean room there's always some kinda grit or trash in a fresh build and filters bypass pretty much constantly. so my hope is without a bypass it's not needlessly dragging it thru the bearings. then I change the oil after a short time.

no way for me to know if it's worth while, but feels like I tried haha.

The odometer is not a clock.
Maybe not to you but to me it's only a matter of 'TIME' till something else goes wrong with this truck with this many miles on the 'clock'. Just my way of thinking.
