It does if it's the OEM option spelled out in the upfitter guide from GM. On my 2011, 6J7 is one of the RPO codes and it came with it factory installed. Doesn't mean my new one doesn't or didn't have one though, could be the 3rd party install since it wasn't on the RPO list that I picked up off the VIN.
At any rate, I'm looking to buy one if anyone has one they removed.
they pop up on ebay, but ebay tends to take them down as they discover them so you have to be savvy in how you search for them on ebay.
so like search wigwag or if you know the module part number search that as well. or you can do a general search like code3 etc and various things will show up, you might have to search on a daily basis if you find one buy it before they take it off.
Otherwise there are 3rd party options out there that do the exact same thing, just don't get caught using one (publicly) if you are not a leo. (to each there own, if you are not already aware you could get nailed for posing)
