It’s a little low but not alarming. If it always shows the same exact pressure it might be the sensor. Does it change with RPM’s?
Sensor was replaced in the fall of 2020 the
last time it went back to get the pan gasket re installed. It does go up with rpms as I give it throttle input.

Did you buy the replacement tube yet? If not then dont buy oem replacement. I remember reading this multiple times but the factory LS oil pickup tube has a single bolt hole even though the block has 2 holes there. Getting the 2 bolt hole pickup tube helps for a better gasket seal. If you bnought the tube already then I'd recommend from Summit: ICT Billet 551910 - ICT Billet Oil Pump Pickup Tube Braces

That will ensure a tighter fit.

I actually just did this repair a month or so ago on our '05 with 171K. Truck has always sat at about 40psi at idle. Started noticing it sitting below the 40psi, sometimes lower when really cold out. Just so happened I needed to do a pan gasket also. So I simply googled 5.3 oil tube O ring and found what I needed at my local Oreilly. Removed the pan, then removed two bolts from tube and 1 bolt holding it to pump and sure enough, the original O ring was kind of hard and flat sided. Tube and screen looked fine with no debris or blockage. Lubed the new O ring up, slid it on and got everything back together. Truck now idles at 40psi again and runs about 50 psi when cruising down the road. Simple job.

CRAP!! Local Carquest said it was gonna be a melling pickup tube. But it has GM parts number and labeling on the box. Will have to open it up and see the part

I mean, the OEM ones have been working fine forever so I wouldn’t worry. Pretty sure mine has one bolt and it was secure when I installed it. Remember the longevity of these engines and 99.5% of us use the OEM design, we just change the o-ring which is the problem. The bolt that’s on the brace helps secure it too so it can’t really move.

This ^^. There is nothing wrong with the GM tube. They use it in all LS based motors. The only issue around the tube would be the O ring we're talking about which will have to be replaced on EVERY GM LS BASED ENGINE at some point. Its a very very common issue. Once you screw the OE tube in place, you'll see that a 2nd bolt wouldn't really do much.
