Just started my 2019 Tahoe for the first time after multiple days of sub-zero temps. Alarm went off about oil pressure and to turn the engine off. I quickly parked it and checked the dipstick (please note I know sidle about engines, but I did know to wipe it off, reinsert, pull out again.

I have no idea how far up the stick it should be, but this is what I saw. The gauge, however, is all the way to the left.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Welcome to TYF.!

The dipstick in the pic is out of focus; can you post one that shows the wording and the hash marks on the dipstick, along with the oil level? Oil level should be checked on a level surface, with the engine having been off for 10 min or so.

The gauge pic is not related; that's the engine coolant (anti-freeze) temperature gauge.

When you start it up, is the engine quiet (like before this) or does it make some knocking noise?
