I prefer 12s over 15s, thats just my opinion and they hit faster

I respect your opinion, but that is simply not true.
My 18'***** just as fast as anything you care to compare them to.
It is install and driver dependent, woofer size makes no difference.

I am not trying to change your opinion, just stating my personal experience.

Yes kicker master, yes. Ok So i have a question for you, why don't they make a loaded enclosure for CVX's? They make them for Comp's, CVR's, L5, L7, Classic. But not CVX? I can understand not the soloX but...

we actually did, the truck TCVX10", vented VCVX 10" and 12", just with Solo Classic, we felt no need to add Comp, CVR, SC, L5 and L7, so we left CVX for 2010 as seperate woofers only.

What was the point in adding the solo classic? It's better than the CVR and not as good as the CVX right?

the Solo Classic is a step up from CVX, small sealed woofer like the original A series back in the late 90's.

Then why is the RMS less?? So i should see better bass out of a classic? Keep in mind I will be running a somewhat decent size ported box.

and the Classic 12's are $100 less than CVX 12's? Doesn't make sense.

DO NOT put the solo classics in a ported box, they're meant for small sealed only. I have the gain under half on my 1000.1 with good signal voltage and they have yet to distort on me, just get louder and louder. The CVX 12s are great ported tho, just depends on what you're trying to accomplish.
