Ok, who did it? Bench/Captain swap.

I know there were a couple of members that met up and swapped the 2nd row captains for bench but after searching and searching I cannot find the thread about it.

Is there anything besides the chairs themselves that have to be swapped? Any carpet? Plastic trim pieces? Etc.

If they're heated vs non heated the rear hvac controls in the back of the center console need to be swapped

Neither one of them are heated. They're just basic non-power, non-heated seats.

Yup. No modifications needed but you will need the corresponding trim pieces to hide the bolts.

I did it in mine, easy swap, direct bolt. Make sure that you get the floor/carpet base that goes with them!
