How hard is it to remove the Onstar setup? Does it just unplug behind the dash? Are there any sensors(Airbag, etc) I need to worry about?

Thanks.

Onstar will be disabled if you simply remove the factory radio and replace it with an aftermarket one. You can also remove the buttons from the dash and install a cubby from a tahoe that didn't come with Onstar. And don't worry about anyone trying to snoop on you or track you with the onstar if your truck is older than a 2003. The system is outdated and their network doesn't even support it anymore.

Do you happen to have a part number for that cubby? My local chevy dealer can't seem to find one that will work. I have a 02 yukon
