I have a white tahoe and rock the white bowties in the summer (painted) and then I plastidip them black for the winter.

Picked up an extra set of front and rears on ebay for 15 bucks but that aint normal. Usually 30-50 for both used or new on gmpartsdirect for about twice that...I think. Either way you get board, switch em. You live in a place with harsh winters, switch em black.

As far as contrast, your step pad, glass, and wiper are black so how out of place can the black bowties really be? Except maybe in the front but...

On My Hoe I was thinking of color matching the front bow tie and then on the rear go chrome to match the door handles and mirrors from the sides. Anyone think that would look weird or out of place if I do not match the front and rear bow tie? I originally wanted the front to be chrome with the LTZ grille I have but I am thinking that maybe a little to much bling...

I'd match the color for both the front and back bowties. It would simply look mismatched otherwise.

LOL - I guess that was a bad idea. I think I am going chrome on the front bow tie with the LTZ chrome grille. If it's dope then I will throw the chrome bow tie on the rear. The picture below looks clean and I think it would look even better with my color.
