Hello. I recently purchased an SLT, 2011, 2500, 4x4, 3.73:1, black Suburban, Leather, electric seats & gate, etc. 0 rust or damage. It had 23,400 miles on it when I bought it. The sales manager told me it was owned by a guy who was a family member of the person who owned the dealership and kept inside his vacation home garage in Lake Tahoe.

I originally saw it on Autotrader, close to me, and I quickly bought it, trading in my 2022 ram 1500 for less than I would have received in a private sale. I love 2500 Suburban/Yukon XL's, so beefy and rare. Especially from the times half tons had 10 bolts and 4L60e transmissions. It has the L96 6.0 (great 6.0 heads) and a 6L90e transmission. As most of you know, 2013 was the last year.

I don't plan on buying a heaver trailer again. What do you-all think it would be worth? I could replace it with another Suburban/Yukon XL that has the 6L90e and 9.5 rear axle. I don't need a 3/4 ton and a newer, 2017~ish half ton might be better for me.

Do you think it would grab enough on Autotrader to fully pay for a very low mile, 2014-2018 SLT 4x4?

It might be hard to find one this nice and low mile in all of the USA.

Thanx for any thoughts.

Tough to gauge what that one is worth...I'd say KBB it, then add a few grand for the low miles/condition...then post it up on some forums and see what you can muster. Anyone w/ People Hauling and big trailer hauling needs may eat it up, since you can't get the 3/4 ton anymore...there is definitely a need for that type of rig...esp for someone who has a horse trailer or travel trailer...

Mod's, may want to move this to the 2007-2014 Forum.

There's a dedicated Suburban 2500 Facebook group you could also ask. I keep my eye out for them in case one comes along in great shape. I pull a 7500 lb camper with our 1500s, and would consider an upgrade to the 2500 if the situation was right. My best guesstimate would be about $32K starting price for one that's well-optioned, in pristine condition, with low mileage and I'll bet you'll close in the high 20's.
