Opinions on OE Replica wheels

Here is a example so everyone understands what I mean.


These are take. With a iPhone 5. So yes they are crappy but you get the idea. The inners of the fork are not the same smooth chrome finish across the board.

The sanding marks are very noticeable. Definitely not a uniform chrome plating.

The insides of the fork almost have a satin finish.

MarkD those look really good. The more I see that style, the more I start to like it better. I will probably end up with a set very soon. 24's though.

I do live in Ohio where we see salt and snow too, but I never let my car sit with winter debris on it. I will always clean it off in the garage. Even if I only have time to do the wheels.

Thanks for the tip on the product you use as well. I will certainly have to look into.

So I went with the 24" OE Sierra Replica Wheels in Black with Machined Face finish. Thanks to Yeti for hooking me up. I will give you a holler if I can't sell my wheels on my own to discuss your offer more. I went with 305/35R24 Nexen Roadian Tires. Tires are sharp, no issues so far. No rubbing either (I don't have it lowered). I am glad the chrome was out of stock because I love the way these look. I also purchased some black carbon fiber vinyl chevy stickers for the wheels on Ebay. They came out great too. Corsa Sport Exhaust just got installed as well. Sounds awesome. I was worried about the Sport, but it is perfect for my needs.
