I have a 2013 Yukon Denali that I just had a Corsa sport catback put on. It sounds really good and I'll be posting clips/review soon. Although the exhaust sounds good I'd really like a little more volume and I was wondering if I replaced the third cat with a high flow cat would it give me more sound? I looked into replacing all the cats with high flow and saw it could throw a CEL (won't be tuning for a while,) and a third cat delete doesn't seem to be the best option.

I gutted the cat on 2009 5.3

Not worth the effort. No noticeable sound difference at all.

I have the stock muffler and resonator deleted.

Replacing the cat with a high flow would not make hardly any difference in sound

Save your money imho

It's not like the cat is THAT Restrictive anyway
