Creating a label does not mean they are shipping the items. They may be buying time. Lol

I know that. The email I received to give me the notification and tracking number said was being shipped out tomorrow and when I checked the track number it did say label created. I will see if it is actually shipped tomorrow as they said it would be.

They did that after you requested a refund? Sounds like buying time. I bet they say you can’t can el and order that is “shipped” so if you still don’t want them once they arrive you can return them. Hope they didn’t just screw you.

Ok, I hope this clears it all up.

I did send email cancelling the order after I got the notification, at 11:28 am, of the delivery changed to 03/11/21. Then later, at 2:09 pm, I got another email explaining all the steps for why it was delayed and how sometimes the info from Hellwig was iffy at best. This is that email content:
Dear pacnwstorage-9,

"Unfortunately there is a delay with shipping. Your item is in production and according to the manufacturer the estimated shipping date is currently 03/11/2021. We are very sorry for the unintentional delay and inconvenience this causes. Please let us know if you prefer to keep the order open and wait, or if you would prefer that we refund and cancel this order immediately.
With this particular brand we get an automated daily inventory feed of what is available and ready to ship out to customers. Through automation, that feed goes into our system and we show what product is available for purchase. Manually entering the inventory counts for the 300,000 listings we have on eBay is not possible. Unfortunately when a manufacturer sends us an inventory feed with an incorrect count on it, we automatically display that faulty inventory information - not intentionally or maliciously. We aren't made aware of incorrect information until a customer purchases it, and the manufacturer notifies us their count on that inventory was incorrect. It's at that point we notify the customer and give them the option of cancelling or waiting. Whatever the customer chooses is what we facilitate for them. Our customers' satisfaction is of the highest priority to us. Again, this is not intentional, fraudulent, or anything else malicious - we don't benefit from this in any way and quite frankly it is extremely frustrating for us as well. Sucks up man-hours and staff, and creates a bad buying experience for our customers - none of that is what we want. Please understand that the date being given is an Estimate. This is the best guess available at this point in time. Never Enough Auto has zero control over this and will do everything we can to keep you updated on the order shipping before that date or if that date gets pushed back.
Again, I'm sorry this was your experience with our company. I assure you it wasn't our intent and we are sorry that this has inconvenienced you."

At that time, 2:35 pm, I told them to just go ahead and I would wait till 03/11/21.

Then at 7:01 pm I received this email from them from the east coast office:

"Dear Ron, Your Never Enough Auto Order 18771762 has shipped via UPS! 2/11/2021 10:00 PM 1Z9536730367362662 If you purchased from us through our website or one of the marketplaces we also do business on, this information will automatically be reflected there as well. I then responded again telling them that I will accept the delivery since it is now supposed to be coming quicker than the previous time of 03/11/21.

Then at 7:32 pm, EST, I get this info:

Now it looks like my plans to do the rear springs and the sway bar kits next week is still a go, if the sway bar kits get here quick enough. Coming from Ca. to Oregon sounds like a no brainer as far as getting here soon but I am talking about Ca. and I know how that can mess everything up. It's ok, I got plenty other work to keep busy with.

Just got two emails, one for each package, where they apologized for the mix up info and said supposed to be here Monday. When I look at the existing tracking info it just says left Visalia, Ca. before 6 am this morning but said to check tomorrow for further updates. I can only assume that the supplier was told to tell me that SHOULD be delivered on Monday the 15th. I actually hope it is the next day because I am off on Monday and if the tracking says Monday, then that means I am stuck at home all day waiting. I know I can just leave and they will attempt to deliver the next day but I have waited long enough for these kits. I want to be here Monday if they actually come Monday.
