Orange spots on white vehicle. How to remove?

Well I used the Adam’s iron remover, I should have took before and after pics but it did a pretty damn good job of removing I would say 80% of the orange spots. I did a quick clay mitt on some of other spots and got them out I was a little crunched for time but it worked well. Used 3/4 of the $15 bottle tho lol
