I'm having a hard time deciding what I should do first on the truck, because when I get something, I'll have to wait and save up a while to get something else. So I'm trying to keep the truck looking decent the whole way; So I need to prioritize everything. I've already gotten some LED tails and clear corners/headlights. I need to put in order: drop, wheels, color matching (door handles, mirrors, front and rear bumper, etc) If I color-match first, I'd like to go ahead and get a SS bumper cover front & back instead of getting bumper painted; since I plan to get SS anyways

Rear - http://www.stylintrucks.com/parts.aspx?category|category_root|-25=Exterior&category|cat_-25|300=Bumper+Covers+%26+Air+Dams&canned_results_trigger=&partfamilyid=5512

But I'm not sure if a SS bumper cover with stock wheels & suspension would look goofy or not. Opinions?

Put your wheels on before you do the drop or you may end up having to adjust the drop again after you mount the wheels. I'd do all your functional stuff first before you do your purely cosmetic stuff. Not a huge fan of the roll pan on these vehicles. I think from the side the back looks all too tucked in. Looks hot on a dropped S-10 though. :)

The one thing to keep in mind is to use ONE paint shop to paint all your exterior pieces, and either buy/install/paint them all at the same time...OR make sure you get the shop to agree to mix up extra paint for future additions. Make sure you tell them every piece you plan on buying/painting so they can mix up enough to paint and blend.

Edit the reason for this is they can get paint matching very very close, but it's NEVER perfect. If you paint from the same batch, it ensures the pieces match and the blending is a uniform color. Kinda like an optical illusion...

Take a look at My photos, I have a 2"/3" drop, Custom front bumper cover, Ram air hood, Rear bumper cover, and am still rolling stockers for the moment.
