At 140k I would definitely swap the timing chain and the oil pump while you are there. The water pump can easily be done later though.

got the cam done yesterday guys! man does this thing pull harder now! love it! heres the first start up..smoke is jst from some oil on the headers

My cam totally woke up my truck. You will love it. Gonna want to get a stall so you can launch the crap out of it lol.

I have a .607/.614 219/227 112LSA cam with PRC dual springs and a 3200 stall, it's real fun to drive.
