Well, all I can say first hand is that the one I had was the most reliable car I ever had, and the new owner got a great car. I like the new AT4, but I sure miss the gas mileage of the Hybrid, and the larger engine. Makes no sense to me that GM gave up on this technology especially now that gas on the west coast is over $4 per gallon.

If you take a close look at some of the tech that current cars and suvs are using it is very similar to what was being done years ago with GM's Hybrids. Improvements have of course been made in battery technology and controls. I am at 245k and it has had its issues but still a solid vehicle for a daily driver. Now if I can just find and fix the pesky oil leak.......
