I recently ran a check on my vehicle and came up with the # 1 cylinder misfiring. I went ahead and changed the plugs with A/C Delco Iridium and changed the wires as well. Noticed the Tahoe was initially running smoothly but now I got the code again. I am new to this so any help would be appreciated...
